Aubriana Simbirdi, our Administrative Coordinator, likes getting things done.  Our clients appreciate Aubriana's dedicated and responsive approach to their requests.  She is very organized and highly efficient with great follow through to provide timely results.  

Keli Honsberger, our Scheduling Coordinator, is passionate about people and achieving an organized result.  Our clients appreciate Keli's thoughtful and coordinated approach to scheduling The Key2Retire^sm Formula interviews.  She successfully accommodates each person's appointment request with kindness and a thorough approach.

Kelly Monroe, founder of Keystone Planning Partnership, is a financial adviser and a registered representative of Brokers International Financial Services LLC, Panora, Iowa.  By not imposing product-specific quotas on their advisers or representatives and offering a wide range of investment products, Brokers International Financial Services LLC allows Kelly to recommend the appropriate investments for her clients based on their individual goals and objectives.

Kelly has developed The Key2Retire^sm Formula for Federal Employees, a proprietary process, to help Federal employees navigate, manage and maximize their complex benefits system.  Kelly’s integrated process combines her knowledge, experience, and resources to provide tools that help Federal employees to prepare for a dignified and predictable retirement.

Kelly is a member of an exclusive group of financial advisors - Ed Slott's Master Elite IRA Advisor Group.  Ed Slott's Master Elite IRA Advisor Group is an invitation-only circle of financial advisors dedicated to helping solve a large and complex financial problem – managing the distribution of assets from Individual Retirement Arrangements (IRAs) effectively.  Upon completing Ed Slott's initial IRA training program, Kelly became a member of Ed Slott's Elite IRA Advisor Group after receiving an invitation from Ed Slott, CPA, nationally recognized as a knowledgeable financial professional on all issues relating to IRAs and retirement accounts.  This select group is personally trained by Mr. Slott and his team of IRA experts.

Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and their children, cooking, traveling, and volunteering.  She is an accomplished quilt artist featured on HGTV's “Simply Quilts” television show, and her quilts have been published in seven books to date.   As a family, the Monroes enjoy volunteering with www.SoldiersAngels.org to offer gratitude, support and encouragement to our deployed members of the United States military.

After September 11, 2001, Kelly volunteered with a project called "Pillows To Hold Onto" to provide comfort to grieving families with a pillow sewn from their loved ones clothing.  Kelly has continued this program for Gold Star Families of our Fallen Heroes.  It is Kelly's personal goal to offer Pillows To Hold Onto to all Gold Star Families.  We invite you to share this offer with Gold Star Families in your community.  Please call our offices for more information.
